This is an edited response to Spy My Heart. I called and made it very clear what I was looking for n the owner promised to do everything. However, when I saw the contract, I could not agree as it gives them permission to handle the job EXACTLY the way they choose to, they are in control; Which means they don't have to do what you hired them to do. I stipulated the contract to do exactly what I was hiring them to do. They didn't sign it and I didn't pay them. My advice, read the contract and don't just take their promises. Le... read more
